Merle Bush Bio

Poet, author and educator of nascent technologies, Merle Bush has spent decades as an advertising layout and design typography specialist. Coaching her Lego League team from P.S. 183 funded by the International YMCA, they won First Place and her team from the Harlem YMCA was awarded the Against All Odds trophy for their amazing efforts. She works closely with Ann McCormick founder of the Learning Company and Learning Friends and assisted her bi-coastally through the Internet with a computer math based field testing project for the Hewlett Corp. Merle worked with the Harlem YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program providing resume assistance, Internet and computer proficiency coursework for displaced individuals re-entering society. Language is not a barrier when she introduces factual science based lessons in participant’s native language utilizing translation software. As an ambassador of the global Internet Society, Merle’s mission is ISOC’s motto, Internet for Everyone.
